Answers to our Most Frequently Asked Questions

Is there any country you do not accept orders from?

We gladly accept orders from any country!

I have slow internet connection will I be able to access this material?

Of course. Our files are not overly large files. For any streaming content, we've also taken care to split larger audio interviews into sections to help cut down on load time (buffering) for our customers with a slower connection. Also, you can easily resume a download at anytime should your connection happen to drop in the middle of a download.

I want to order but I do not have a credit card?

No problem! We accept check, money order, or cashier's checks, as well. Please be aware this may add a few days to your order's processing time while we wait for your funds to clear.

Why should I buy this material and not another one making similar claims?

Frankly, most sources you'll find don't spend a lot of time talking about how to help a loved one with bipolar disorder. They are more focused on the person who has the disorder him or herself. Our material is focused solely on the supporter of a person with bipolar disorder.

I am unsure about downloading content from the internet?

That's understandable. We work hard to make sure our downloads are completely secure and virus and malware free. In addition, if you need technical assistance, our customer service representatives are available to assist you with your download and any issues you may have.

What if I buy your package and still feel it has not helped me?

We strive to make sure you get the help you really need. We will be happy to work with you to find better suited material for your needs. If we don't have anything suited for your situation, we will happily refund you - guaranteed.

Will this help me if I have bipolar disorder?

I'm afraid not. Our material is specifically for someone who does not have bipolar disorder but is supporting someone who does.

I am not sure if my loved one has bipolar disorder, what should I do?

First, let me say that I am not a doctor and nothing on this page should be used to diagnose bipolar disorder. If you are not certain that your loved one has bipolar disorder, please find a reputable local psychiatrist to get a proper diagnosis first.

Are There Any Risks With Your Material?

There are always risks when you are dealing with a loved one's mental illness. We do recommend when getting our information that you go through it and then discuss the concepts and strategies with a qualified psychiatrist.

Also, if there is anything that is a concern to you, it's best to talk to a qualified psychiatrist first before using the strategy.
